Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Soorajmukhi, each saree is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality.

Due to the delicate and handwoven nature of our products, we accept returns or exchanges only in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.

If you receive such an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the product at business@soorajmukhi.in.

Once the request is reviewed and approved, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.

After the returned item is received and verified, we will offer either:

Replacement of the product (subject to availability), or Refund to the original payment method, processed within 7–10 business days and in which case return shipping charges will be applicable.

Please note that minor variations in weave, texture, or motifs are natural characteristics of handwoven textiles and are not considered defects.

Cancellation Policy

Orders will be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
